e-Commerce Backbone
Development, Maintenance and Upgradation
of cash management and e-commerce platform for US based
provider of Automated Clearing House (ACH) network. The
solution facilitates 'Direct Deposits', 'Recurring Monthly
Payments', 'Scheduled Payments', etc. electronically,
eliminating the need for physical paper
checks. ACH direct money
transfer are used for various application as in paycheck
payments, payments to the vendors, School Fee deposits,
Mortgage payments etc. The platform built
is running on a highly
secure environment and supporting a number of live users. The
architecture of the platform supports customizations across
industry
verticals.
The complete application runs in the web
environment and has four modules that are linked to each
other. The main application platform is supported by a number
of back-end processing applications that have been developed
to automate the
whole cycle of process
i.e. initiation of the payment from the web front,
processing the payment and reporting the payment. Web
APIs and interfaces have been developed
for seamless integration with customers’
sites and networks. The system has been developed using Java/J2EE/JSP/Servlets/VB
and is supported by the database of
MS-SQL
Server.
This application done for a
large
international bank based in New York,
USA, involves both an online and
over-the-counter mechanism for transferring money from the
US to different locations. The application is successfully
running live at the customers site
and supporting thousands of users worldwide. The Application
has three modules namely Web Customer, Counter and
Admin module.
The Web Customer module has
functionalities like registration of customer, creating his
login and adding bank details. It also allows setting up
multiple beneficiaries for a customer and supports multiple
banks set up for each customer. The counter module will be
used by the bank employees for over-the-counter requests for
money transfer by account holders of the bank. The admin
module
has
functionality to manage the application, security
rights. The payments are processed through
the back-end application that interfaces with a
payment processor through push-pull mechanism. We have been
involved in designing, developing and maintaining
the application. The system has been developed using
MS ASP technology with MS SQL-Server as the
back-end database.
This application was developed and is currently being maintained and upgraded by us. The application manages units in a warehouse that can be rented by customers. The systems has functions like making various rental plans and allowing the customer to register with a choice of his rental plan. The system locates the vacant units and allocates the same to the customer for the period of time as decided by the customer. The system generates automatic monthly rental statements along with discounts and penalties. It also generates notices, reminders that are emailed directly. The application has been developed using the MS .net environment with SQL –Server as the back-end database engine.
This application was developed on
the unique requirement to create a web based ordering food system for the
on-the-move Sales people. The web application has a network of restaurants that
can be searched on various parameters like zip, location, type of cuisine to
order food for a party/business meeting etc. over the web to be delivered on a
specific date. The system interfaces with the payment processor to collect
payment and an interface with a web-fax provider has been done to fax the
orders, along with email to the restaurants on the network. We have migrated
the system from the ASP system to the .net environment and added a number of
other functionalities, modules to the same.
We have designed a number
of modules, for US based banks, that
interact with core banking applications to fulfill
US Banking Regulations. These range from CRM modules
for timely dissemination to account information to
customers to data mining modules to track and
verify client profiles, conforming to Anti Money Laundering
regulations.
