MROnline! is a simple but highly effective software solution designed to suit the unique requirements of a Pharmaceuticals company with respect to managing its field force of Medical Representatives. The system enables the Head Office to capture complete details of the daily work done by MRs through a simple user interface. The daily data entered in specified format for each MR, on the basis of Daily Call Report (DCR) sent by him. Analytical reports are then generated for the purpose of monitoring and control. The system is also enabled to allow MRs to submit their DCRs by visiting a password protected Internet site. This saves the effort and costs involved in entering the data from the paper forms at the Head Office.
