Methodology

MindEdge Solutions follows a standardized development and delivery model to ensure timely delivery of client requirements. An internally developed project management application is used to automate the work flow and monitor the progress at each stage. The delivery model has the following stages.

Requirement Analysis

On receiving the RFQ from the client, our team undertakes a thorough analysis of all requirements and deliverables. An analysis report consisting of queries and suggestions is generated and submitted for client inputs. We try follow a consultative approach at this stage and collaborate with the client to come up with the best solution instead f blindly delivering on the RFQ. After a series of interactions with the client, the final requirement report is prepared

Technical Architecture

The technical architecture is decided in consultation with the client keeping in mind the issues like scalability, integration, access platforms, user base and budgeted cost of ownership

Estimation

Once the requirements and technical architecture are finalized the time and resources required to deliver with the time are estimated. Costing is done on the basis of these. On the basis of the costing and delivery schedule and also the nature of the project, the Offshore Model is mutually decided.

Order and SRS

On receiving the client’s nod to the estimates and offshore model, the SRS is prepared and submitted for approval. Development is initiated on the approval of the SRS.

Development & Testing

MindEdge Solutions follows internally developed and proven development and testing plan that ensures that the client is kept abreast of the progress and any deviations from the SRS are minimized. Rigorous and elaborate testing plans and their execution ensures that a 99% bug free application is delivered to the client.

Delivery & Implementation

Once testing is completed and the Beta version approved by the client, the final implementation is undertaken. User training may also be provided if the client so requires.

Warranty & Maintenance

All projects developed by us come with a 45 day free maintenance support. Continuous maintenance can then be undertaken as per the mutually agreed Maintenance Contract
